🍣 Post-parental workplace blues

Hey, Rob here.

I was recently chatting with someone who'd just returned from mat leave and was looking to freelance, mostly because of the flexibility. And also because, to quote, "I don't want to go back to corporate".

Between hearing her story, discussing her strengths and trying not to turn the overbearing parental advice machine 9000 on, there were a few resources I shared afterwards that might help with this next stage.

You might also find them useful, especially if one of the side effects of post-Summer is you start considering if the independent life would be a better alternative than sitting in all those meetings, or whatever.

Thanks for reading the newsletter, and whenever you're ready I hope you'll consider joining our collective. It's a beautiful nourishing space.

How else can I help you? Just hit reply and let me know.

Keep swimming,

Rob
